Permanent Gas Safe registered Engineer required within a busy Maintenance Response Team.

You must have in date CCN1 plus the following appliance modules;

• CCN1 - Core Gas Safety
• CENWAT1 - Boilers/water heaters
• CKR1 - Cookers
• HTR1 - Gas Fires/wall heaters

You must be experienced in all aspects of plumbing & heating and gas work, including;

Boiler installation, servicing & repairs including breakdown diagnostics therefore a good knowledge of a wide range of boiler manufacturers is essential.

• Landlord gas safety checks
• Bathroom installations & upgrades
• Heating installations & upgrade/repairs
• Power flushing

A vehicle will be provided so a full driving licence along with your own tools and Flue Gas Analyser is essential.

The position is full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and one Saturday morning per month (Friday afternoon is given off when this occurs)

Subject to references, training, qualifications and a DBS check is necessary.

The salary is £43,000 per annum
