A law firm in Suffolk are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to provide maternity leave from the middle of March 2023. This is likely to be for at least 6 months although the exact duration is yet to be determined. The caseload is residential conveyancing and may include work such as equity releases and complex titles. The firm are looking for someone to work 4 days per week on a hybrid working basis with part of the work to be carried out at their offices in Bury St Edmunds and part to be carried out remotely.
