A food manufacturing company based in Harwich in Essex are looking for an in house paralegal/legal assistant to join them as soon as possible for at least a few weeks and potentially longer. You will be assisting the firm's in house counsel and carrying out general company commercial work, e.g. drafting commercial contracts, file management, liaising with clients, typing up letters etc. You should have some prior company commercial/commercial litigation experience. This is an office-based role of 3 to 4 days per week.
