The school has a fantastic reputation for developing staff and providing real opportunities for growth — it’s the perfect place to take your first steps into teaching.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll be supporting teachers and students in lessons across a range of subjects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting students aged 11–18 in lessons and small groups.
  • Helping teachers plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons.

  • Getting involved in after-school clubs, mentoring or pastoral work.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree (2:2 or above) in any subject.
  • A passion for education and helping young people succeed.
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

This is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, high-performing school — perfect preparation for a future career in teaching.

The role pays £25,000–£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and is available on a fixed-term or long-term basis.

If you’re motivated, compassionate, and ready to start your journey into education, we’d love to hear from you.
