A building construction company are looking for a conveyancing locum to help out starting as soon as you are able for a period of 3-4 months. You will need to have a strong residential background for this one and be able to manage a high caseload, with the requirement of a quick turnaround. You will take the matter from instruction up to the point of exchange. If the incoming property sells during the placement, you will also need to handle the resale up to completion. As a result, the placement may be extended if there are several resales in progress.
 
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week and remote/hybrid working is not available so you will need to be able to attend one of the firm's offices for the duration of the placement. This can be in Manchester, Sunderland, Wolverhampton, Bury St. Edmunds, Bristol or Southampton.
