Electrical Technician

MC Technical Recruitment are partnered with a leading provider of site services to large pharmaceutical manufacturers & are seeking an Electrical / Multiskilled Technician to join their team. Working on a Monday to Friday 40-hour week basis with no on call rota the Maintenance Technician will carry out planned & preventative maintenance on HVAC & related systems across the facility based in Slough.

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned & reactive maintenance on site services such as HVAC
• Working to a schedule provided by the site services manager
• Working on equipment across the whole building becoming familiar with GMP rules & statutory requirements
• Ensuring the CMMS systems contains the most up to date information regarding equipment data, spares & maintenance man- hours
• Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

• A relevant electrical engineering qualification (HNC, NVQ, City & Guilds, apprenticeship etc.)
• Good understanding of varied utilities systems
• Experience with pumps, HVAC systems, compressors, purified water systems etc
• Ability to work in a multiskilled maintenance role with an electrical bias
• Knowledge of all Health, Safety & Environmental legislation and safe systems of work, RAMS, permit to work, etc.

This is a permanent position based in Slough; due to the location of the site, you will need a full UK driving licence to access the site.

The package on offer for this position includes:

• £42,000 to £46,000
• Pension
• 25 days holidays plus BH
• Training & Development
