Would a long term role helping pupils with barriers support your future career goals? – perhaps as a clinical or educational psychologist or teacher?

This Outstanding graded school is hunting for a squad (6 x vacancies) of caring and considerate graduates – no experience necessary.

As a graduate Learning Support Assistant you will support multiple learners with multiple needs and barriers to learning. You will receive training and a chance to develop your skill set and better support the pupils that you are working with.

Psychology graduates will be very well suited to this role, but the school is also interested in hiogh calibre graduates of other disciplines who would be happy to work with learners who need emotional and social support in a school setting.

As a graduate applying for these L:earning support assistant positions you will have a high calibre degree - 1st or 2:1 – with matching A levels and GCSE’s. The school is hoping to fiulll a squad with graduates covering most of the core subject areas. The aim ios to have a team of six Learning support assistans who can support SEN and offer academic progress as well.

The school has 6 x Learning Support Assistant vacancies and is interviewing as soon as possible. All of the roles will be for this academic year at least.
