The ideal candidate will have experience managing large school kitchens and a real focus on delivering fresh, nutritious food. Chef Manager requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef Manager schools or other Contract Catering experience.
• Possession of an enhanced DBS certificate for safe working or ability to gain a DBS.
• Ideally qualified to NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent.
