The Role – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant:

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will support learning in different formats—working 1:1 with pupils, running small group interventions, and assisting the class teacher. You’ll play a vital role in improving literacy, numeracy, and general confidence, ensuring pupils make strong progress.

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant:

• Degree (2:1 or higher) in any subject, preferably with strong core subject skills

• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
