Are you a skilled Machine Setter looking to join a well-established and growing company? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading adhesive tapes distributor in Yate who is seeking a Machine Setter to operate and maintain production machinery.

🔩 Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust slitting, rewinding, and/or cutting machines to meet production specifications

• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues

• Carry out basic maintenance and safety checks

• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production run

• Complete production documentation accurately

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

✅ The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a machine setter/operator in a manufacturing or production environment

• Has previous experience with rewind slit machines, but not essential for this specific machine

• Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
