What's the Role All About?

As Store Manager, you'll be the beating heart of the store-leading, inspiring, and getting stuck in. From building strong local connections to helping customers find their new favourite product, no two days are the same.

You'll be driving store performance, mentoring a fantastic team, and making the store a place where customers feel welcomed, wowed, and wanting to come back for more.

This is a hands-on, full-time role that requires energy, heart, and a love for people. (Bonus points if you love a good cuppa, too.)

Customer Experience

• Make every visitor feel special and create a fun, welcoming environment
• Inspire your team to deliver stand-out customer service, every single time

Sales & Store Success

• Lead your team to hit targets (and celebrate the wins!)
• Bring ideas and energy to boost footfall, sales, and local visibility

Team Leadership

• Coach, motivate, and support your team to be their best
• Lead by example with kindness, positivity, and a proactive mindset
• Recruit and train brilliant people who'll love working in-store as much as you do

Store Vibes & Operations

• Keep everything running smoothly-from opening the doors to daily admin
• Build a rota that keeps the store well-covered and your team happy
• Keep an eye on compliance, safety, and making sure the store always looks amazing

Visuals & Stock

• Keep displays looking beautiful, on-brand, and inspiring
• Stay on top of stock levels and lead stock takes like a pro

Events & Community

• Host in-store events that are fun, inclusive, and unforgettable
• Get out and about locally-share samples, meet the community, and spread the word
• Build relationships with local businesses and groups to grow the store's impact
