Vehicle Technician 
Location: Southampton
Salary: £45,000+ per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (flexible shifts between 7:00am – 6:00pm)

We’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician, Van Mechanic or LCV Technician to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art workshop in Southampton. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new team with long-term career growth, excellent facilities and strong support from day one.

Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician / LCV Technician / Van Mechanic

• Service and repair vans and light commercial vehicles to a high standard
• Carry out diagnostics and repairs quickly and accurately
• Ensure vehicles remain roadworthy, safe and compliant
• Complete repair documentation clearly and correctly
• Support the wider team in maintaining a smooth and efficient workshop

Skills and Qualifications for a Vehicle Technician / Van Technician / LCV Mechanic

Essential

• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician, Van Technician or LCV Mechanic
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Desirable

• Flexible and positive approach to work
• Good communication and teamworking abilities
