Job Title: Multi-Skilled Joiner

Venn Group has been approached by a local housing association to recruit for Multi-Skilled Joiners on a 3 month temporary contract in Greater Manchester 

As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Joiner.

The duties will include:

• Day to day repairs on tenanted social housing properties
• Carry out all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery
• Complete multi-skilled work
  • Plumbing  
    • Isolating water, changing taps, fixing leaks and working with pipework (basic) 
  • Plastering 
    • Patch plastering around frames, skirting and worktops 
  • Tiling 
    • Ceramic and splashback
• Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs
• Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site

Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent
• Driving Licence (van provided)
