The School and Role

A three-form entry school within the Bolton is looking for an Early Years Level 3 practitioner/Teaching Assistant to support their EYFS unit of 60 children aged 3-4 years. You will be in a team with a Teacher supporting all aspects of the Early Years curriculum and the health and wellbeing of children.

You will be the Key Person for up to 6 children, are you able to proactively develop Activities for play for learning opportunities?

Do you possess Level 3 qualification?

• Excellent communication skills, and ability to form relationships with children.
• Supply creative and high-quality resources to accelerate and inspire pupils to work to the best of their ability.
• Ability to grasp the areas of the Early Years Curriculum.
• Transfer and share your own knowledge, expertise and guide others with your professionalism.
• Develop materials that will cater to the individual needs of children whilst aiming high for all children.
• Positive and resilient role model for children, parents and the local community.

Requirements

The requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant will require;

• Enthusiasm and desire to support children in education.
• Punctual and excellent
• Positive and growth mindset
• Excellent communication and language skills.
• Desirable - recent experience working with children, desirable in EYFS or Nursery setting.
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of educational professionals.
• Have a passion for Mental, Health and wellbeing with the ability to plan and deliver playful, and hands on experiences for children.
• You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
