Job Title: Data Portal Developer – AWS Data Platform

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Front-End Developer to join a forward-thinking organisation building a cutting-edge data platform. This role offers a chance to play a key part in delivering secure, scalable, and cost-effective data and analytics solutions hosted on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and develop the front-end of the organisation's data portal.

• Design and implement secure, stable, and scalable data and analytics solutions on AWS.

• Collaborate with solution architects to define guidelines and standards for the platform.

• Build and maintain pipelines that provision technical products using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).

• Ensure adherence to DevSecOps principles and coding standards.

• Work closely with end users to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement of the data platform.

Requirements:

• Experience with front-end development, particularly using Angular.

• Proficiency in AWS Cloud services including S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Docker, ECS, and EKS.

• Hands-on experience with automation, version control, DevOps practices, IaC (Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines (using GitHub, GitHub Actions & Runners).

• Background in software development, preferably with Python. Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell is advantageous.

• Collaborative approach with a focus on team success and delivering value to end users.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
