Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard

• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations

• Ensure your section is well-stocked, clean, and efficiently run

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety

• Contribute to new dish ideas and daily specials
  
  

About You:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen

• A strong interest in seasonal British cuisine

• A proactive, team-focused mindset

• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent is desirable
