About the Role:

KPI Recruiting are working with a highly reputable, growing company who are recruiting graduate Customer Service Advisors to join their team. You’ll be the first point of contact for their customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, emails and live chat enquiries from customers
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Support the team in meeting service targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent graduate (any discipline considered)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• IT literate and quick to learn new systems
