Are you a hands-on, hard-working individual with a strong work ethic and a valid Counterbalance FLT license? We’re looking for a reliable Machine Operative to join our busy team!

🔧 About the Role:

This is a physically demanding role that requires someone who can work well under pressure and be a real team player. You’ll start on a day shift, but must be fully flexible as the role will transition to rotating shifts: 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery efficiently and safely

• Loading and unloading materials using a counterbalance forklift

• Assisting with production line duties as required

• Ensuring workplace is kept clean and safe

• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT license (essential)

• Good level of physical fitness – heavy lifting involved

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible with shift patterns
