Class 1 Moffett Driver 

Sunday to Thursday Days & Nights

Monday to Friday Days & Nights

2 or 3 nights out per week would be ideal.

Days start times: 03:00 - 07:00

Nights start time: 15:00 - 19:00 (Sunday night shifts can start any time from 09:00am)

Pay Rate: £16.00 - £20.00 Per Hour

Day to Day Duties

• Make on time deliveries
• Mixture of double man work
• Moffett work
• Making deliveries to stores, distribution centres and building sites
• Trunk work
• Curtain side work
• Boxed trailer work
• Occasional tail lift work
• Handball
• Positive 'can do' attitude
• Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Follow Company policies and procedures
• Comply with Driving rules and regulations
• Flexibility to do nights out

Essential Skills

• Hold a valid UK Category C+E licence
• Hold UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience driving C+E vehicles
• Hold a valid Moffett licence
• Maximum of six penalty points with no major endorsement codes
• Work in a professional manner
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable Experience

• Experience covering general haulage work with moffett is desirable.

What training is provided?

• Written and driving assessment may be required.
• Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
