Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5pm (overtime available)

Salary:  £35,000 per annum (+Van and Fuel card)

Our client is a leading maintenance contractor and looking for experienced individuals to work on Reactive & Void properties around the Kent area,on their Social Housing maintenance contract.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Multi Skill Operative – Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter:

• As the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter you’ll be required to carry out reactive and planned maintenance works on void properties.
• As the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter you’ll be required to have good skills with carpentry and plumbing experience
• As the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter you’ll ideally have a good variety of skills - Must have experience and be able plumb (with solder joints) fit kitchens and bathrooms, carpentry, tile and patch plaster.
• As the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter you’ll need to have experience working with domestic properties

Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Kitchen Fitter:

• Minimum of either full trade Apprenticeship or NVQ level two or appropriate trade experience within at least 2 different trades
• Minimum 2 years experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms
• Experience working within property maintenance
• Full UK Driving licence
