ARC are currently recruiting for a General Foreman to work with our client Galldris on a large infrastructure project at Sizewell in Leiston.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee and coordinate civil engineering activities on-site in a challenging and dynamic construction environment.

Duties & Responsibilities of Works Manager

• Supervise and manage civil engineering works on-site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
• Maintain project schedules and quality standards
• Report progress to project management

Desirable Experience:

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• First aid certification
• CSCS or CPCS card
• Previous experience as a General Foreman in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate on-site teams effectively
