Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines for efficient production runs
• Monitor and optimise the injection moulding process to ensure consistent quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery during production
• Perform regular maintenance on injection moulding machines to avoid downtime
• Ensure all products meet stringent quality control standards
• Collaborate with the production and quality teams to continuously improve the moulding process
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Technician
• Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and machinery
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve production efficiency
• Knowledge of different plastic materials and common moulding defects
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
• Willingness to work shifts if necessary
