Section Engineer

Responsibilities include;

Your role will be to manage a section of works on a high profile energy scheme. 

You will be responsible for setting out all types of civils works and effectively communicating project requirements to our team. 

You will be responsible for quality management on your section and will create and implement an effective inspection test plan. 

You will work closely with the site agent to ensure our works are planned and resourced appropriately. 

Using your engineering knowledge you will take responsibility for temporary works on our project, ensuring all temporary works are designed and implemented safely. 

You will have the opportunity to develop and support other engineers within your team.

Key requirements;

Essential

• Competent in setting out all civils works
• Create and implement ITPs from drawings and specifications
• Complete procurement schedules and take offs
• CSCS Card relevant to role.

Desirable

• Temporary works coordinator
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• HSG47 Service Avoidance (Cat/Genny)
