A very well-established North Hampshire firm is looking for a senior solicitor to work in the corporate and commercial department at their Basingstoke office. *Please note, the firm is happy to offer hybrid working for this role with 2 or 3 days per week worked from home, once the successful applicant has fully settled in.
The firm have a strong commercial following with a large and very interesting client base. The caseload will be approximately a 50/50 mix of general company commercial and corporate work. So will include M&A and restructuring work as well as the general commercial contracts etc.  The firm would like to speak to solicitors with a minimum of 7 years' PQE in these areas of law.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
