RMS is collaborating with a leading company in the Grimsby area, specialising in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Storage. We are currently seeking a Customer account coordinator to join our team and support the administrative department in achieving their objectives by effectively handling customer enquries and complaints. About the Role: The Customer Account Coordinator role is to ensure the highest customer service across our Humber Ports sites. Handling enquiries and complaints professionally, advancing the resolution process accurately and promptly to meet the satisfaction of both the Company and the Customer. . Shift pattern: This is a full-time position Monday - Friday (37.5hours per week). Predominantly between 8:30am - 17:00pm. A degree of flexibility is required. About You:
