Job Title: Quality Systems Specialist - IATF 16949

Job Duties:

• Implement, maintain, and improve Quality Management Systems in compliance with IATF 16949 standards
• Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Manage corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities
• Provide training and support to employees on quality processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of IATF 16949 requirements
• Managed, updated, changed and implemented quality management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in quality tools and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lead Auditor certification

Working Conditions:

This role will primarily be office-based with occasional travel to other sites required. Standard working hours are expected, but flexibility may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
