TeacherActive are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Behaviour Manager and head of year to join one of our mainstream Schools in Liverpool. The successful applicant will oversea the day to day behaviour and attendance of students. They will have to have excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will be working with a dynamic team of support staff to ensure the school sanction systems run smoothly. 

The successful applicant will also be taking the role of head of year, they will be responsible for the pastoral care of the pupils in the year group, this includes monitoring the safeguarding, behaviour and attendance of the students. Will be regularly in contact with parents and support staff. Occasional cover of lessons if and when required to ensure the smooth day to day running of the school.

The desired teacher will have the following:

• QTS (Preferred not essential)
• Experience working with behaviour management
• Experience working as a head of year
• Excellent interpersonal skills
