A well established West Midlands firm is looking for a solicitor to work in the commercial department at their Birmingham office. Please note, the firm is happy to offer hybrid working with this role with up to 3 days per week being worked remotely from home. The firm would like to speak to solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE who can manage a caseload of commercial work that includes joint-ventures, share purchase transactions, ILA, banking/finance documents and general commercial contracts work.  The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be around 80k per annum.
