RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR

​This expanding and ambitious full-service law firm requires a Residential Property Solicitor to join their established Residential Conveyancing department. It is a varied role dealing with the full spectrum of residential conveyancing - freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, rights to buy, transfer of equity, lease extensions.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Residential Conveyancer and will be either a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer.

​To be a successful Residential Conveyancer you must have good client care skills and:

• Minimum of 1-2 years PQE within residential property environment
• Experience of working in a residential conveyancing department and able to deal with a full caseload of residential conveyancing
• Detail orientated approach and strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy
• Good organisational and time management skills and an ability to prioritise own case load
