You would report to the Supervising Partner and work alongside and support qualified staff in the Residential Conveyancing department and develop your skills and knowledge.

Key aspects of the Residential Conveyancing Paralegal’s role are:

• Case preparation, researching, preparing bundles
• Arranging conferences and client meetings
• Assisting on a wide range of work
• Supporting colleagues in fee earning matters

To be successful as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal you must have:

• An LPC or GDL qualification
• Experience of working in a residential conveyancing team
• Capability to generate fees in accordance with targets
• Strong IT skills coupled with excellent communication skills
