This role is permanent until the end of the year, they are then reviewing the position to decide if it will be temp-perm.

Working Monday to Friday 08.30am-5pm excluding Bank Holidays

Job Brief:

• supporting the exiting Hub Team by answering customer calls and logging requests into the CRM Systems.
• when further experience, to solve low-level issues for the customer (we always aim for first-time resolution where possible).

Our client is looking for someone polite, punctual, unflappable, and able to bounce back positively if the handler on occasion is on a negative call.
