A small niche commercial practice based in South Yorkshire are looking for a locum to work remotely or out of their offices in Sheffield on an ongoing ad hoc basis to handle a company/corporate workload. This will include shareholder agreements, drafting Articles of Association, and input on share purchases. Commercial contracts would also be an advantage. You will also need to handle any telephone/Zoom calls as requested by clients relating to anything you are working on. This is very much an ad hoc role with no set number of hours per week.
