Ideal Recruit is currently recruiting for Customer Services Advisor for our client based in Warrington WA3.

Shifts available:

5 out of 7 days in a week

(1 day off in the week and 1 day off in the weekend)

40 hours per week

8.00am – 5.00pm

Pay:

£9.25 per hour

(first week training £9.00)

Warrington Birchwood

What we look for in Customer Service Advisor:

-        Good customer service experience

-        The ability to comply with internal process and procedures

-        Excellent communication skills

-        Good IT Skills

-        Good administration skills

-        Able to follow instruction and work to timelines and targets

-        Clear communication skills both over the phone and in writing, that help you effortlessly build positive working relationships

Responsibilities:

• On a day to day basis you will be answering inbound calls from existing customers through the Social media and company platform
• Responding to customers in a professional/timely manner in line with the company guidelines.
