A legal firm specialising in commercial property for a financial services company is looking for a commercial property locum to help out on a full time basis for around 3 months. You should be either a qualified solicitor or ILEX with a minimum of 5 years PQE and extremely proficient at case management and supervision. The firm are looking for someone to start as soon as you are able until at least the end of Q1 although this may potentially be extended. While remote working is a possibility, you should be within travelling distance of Bristol as some office attendance will be required. While there is some Paralegal support, the Fee Earners are largely responsible for their own file management so for any transaction completion you would need to attend the office on occasion for processing these.
