A law firm in Worcestershire are looking for a conveyancing locum to help out on a remote working basis for a period of around 3 months. Work will include the following:

o Sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
o Buy to let
o Help to buy
o Part exchange
o Re-mortgages
o Transfer of equity
