A new vacancy has arisen with an IT company looking for cover for 3 months. Role can be full or part time - the company would prefer full time if possible. Fully remote. They need assistance with commercial contracts. Need to be able to review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts including those for Cloud services and software. You will be working in a small team and liaise with other parts of the business. The company has a general counsel and a small team.
