A new vacancy has arisen with a small solicitors firm based in Uckfield, Sussex - looking for a full time locum to assist with Landlord and Tenant Litigation. 3 months assignment starting as soon as possible. Office based and full time hours of 9am-5pm, 5 days a week.
The landlord and tenant department prepares and advises on landlord and tenant litigation matters. Typically this is standard and accelerated possession matters, but can extend to defended proceedings, together with advice on relevant landlord and tenant legislation. Clients range from private landlords with a single property to large managing agents and insurance companies
