I’m looking for an experienced and commercially minded Financial Controller to join a leading five-star resort in the west of Ireland. Lead and develop a small finance team across AP, AR, payroll, and audit functions
Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets with detailed variance analysis
Manage cashflow reporting, banking operations, and internal controls

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience
Previous experience as a Financial Controller or Assistant FC within hotels, resorts, or hospitality groups
Strong technical accounting expertise across P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
