Role: Head Chef

You’ll lead a talented kitchen team, working to a proven core menu while having full freedom to design and deliver your own specials that showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients.

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and lead by example.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
• Create weekly and seasonal specials that highlight your creativity.
• Manage ordering, cost control, and kitchen standards.
• Train and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.

What we’re looking for

• A Head Chef with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Background in a fresh-food, gastro pub-style kitchen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for honest cooking, local ingredients, and great flavour.
