Role: Sous Chef

You’ll support the Head Chef in leading a team of five, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly while helping to develop and deliver quality dishes from the core menu and daily specials.

What you will do

• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Lead shifts and manage the team in the Head Chef’s absence.
• Maintain high standards of consistency, flavour, and presentation.
• Help plan and create seasonal specials.
• Manage ordering, stock control, and kitchen hygiene standards.

What we’re looking for

• A strong Sous Chef or experienced Junior Sous ready to step up.
• Background in a fresh-food, gastro pub-style kitchen.
• A team player who leads with calm confidence.
• A passion for quality cooking and fresh ingredients.
