Director of Finance – Multi-Unit Hospitality

Location: Baltimore, MD (Relocation Package Available)
Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 + Benefits

About the Role

We are working with a confidential client in the hospitality and entertainment sector seeking a Director of Finance to oversee financial planning, accounting, and reporting across a large, multi-unit property. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical accounting expertise and the ability to provide insights that drive profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions across a multi-unit venue.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and internal controls.
• Manage vendor contracts, audits, and capital project budgets.
• Mentor and guide the finance team to ensure accuracy, accountability, and growth.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of finance leadership, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, or multi-unit operations.
• Strong technical accounting background with a proven ability to deliver accurate, timely reports.
• Excellent business acumen, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a complex, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
