Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment? One of our trusted clients—a well-established brand in the home and lifestyle sector—is looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor to join their dedicated team.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy customer care office where your focus will be on providing a superior experience to both internal and external customers. You’ll be handling orders, queries, and discrepancies across multiple channels, while working closely with other departments to support and improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to enquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with sales and specification teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Use internal systems to analyse customer needs and report insights
  • Suggest improvements to enhance departmental performance
  • Participate in training and development relevant to systems, products, and customer care
  • Support the team with occasional overtime when required

  • Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems
