A welcoming SEN school in Paddington is seeking a dedicated ABA Tutor – SEN Support to join their team from September 2025. Situated in the heart of Paddington, the school serves pupils aged 4–16, many with autism, speech and language needs, and complex learning profiles. The school combines structured teaching methods with creative, play-based learning to help children thrive.

 The Role – Graduate ABA Tutor – SEN Support

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA interventions for SEN pupils
  • Support pupils’ emotional regulation, communication, and positive behaviour
  • Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and therapists to implement tailored support plans
  • Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

  • Experience or strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
  • Understanding of autism and SEN needs
  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and adaptability
