Full-Time | September 2025 Start | Up to £600 per week

This position is ideal for graduates who are considering future careers in education, psychology, therapy, or support work.

The Job! - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Work closely with pupils aged 6–16 with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), and moderate learning difficulties
  • Deliver personalised academic and emotional support in 1:1 and small group sessions
  • Encourage student participation, boost confidence, and promote independence
  • Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning space

About you 😊  - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

  • A degree at 2:2 or above (Psychology, Education, or related disciplines advantageous)
  • Calm, adaptable, and resilient when faced with challenges
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in SEN support, mentoring, or youth work is desirable but not essential
  • Right to work in the UK (unfortunately, sponsorship is not available)
