We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Customer Officer to take a seat at the top table and be a powerful leader and influencer. Role Overview As the Chief Customer Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the customer-centric strategy across the organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the business is aligned with the needs and expectations of your customers. As a member of the executive team, you will lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy, working cross-functionally to create a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
