The Role: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Full-time, long-term role starting from September 2025 – full academic year
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (32.5 hours per week)
  • Earn up to £550 per week as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Provide 1-1 and small group support for students with special educational needs
  • Graduates with a 2:1 or above in Education, Psychology, or a related degree are encouraged to apply
  • Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential
  • Immediate interviews available

About the Role:

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with students requiring additional support, providing tailored learning experiences in both 1-1 and small group settings. You’ll collaborate with the class teacher and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to implement strategies that help children overcome learning barriers and achieve their potential.
