Location: Yorkshire (Hybrid/Flexible)
Salary: £70,000 + bonus
We're working with a high-growth, private equity-backed consultancy to appoint a commercially minded Finance Director. This is a rare opportunity to join a values-led business partnering with global brands to transform employee engagement and internal communications.
What You'll Do
·Lead financial strategy, planning, and governance
·Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Board to drive profitability and growth
·Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling
·Manage cash flow, capital structure, and banking relationships
·Support M&A activity, due diligence, and commercial decision-making
·Champion automation, digital transformation, and process improvement
·Build and lead a high-performing finance team
What You'll Bring
·Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader
·Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance
·Commercial acumen and strategic thinking
·Experience in PE-backed, growth-focused, or scale-up environments
·ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification (preferred)
·Sector experience in consultancy, professional services, or creative industries
