🔧 General Manufacturing Operative – Textile Manufacturing
📍 Location: Stroud GL5
🕒 Shifts: Rotating – 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm
💰 Pay: £14.35 per hour (temp) + holiday pay (£16.08/hr effective) | Temp-to-perm opportunity

🔹 About the Role:

As a General Manufacturing Operative, you'll be part of a hands-on production team responsible for:

• Operating textile machinery to support production targets

• Conducting visual quality checks on finished materials

• Assisting with final inspections before products are dispatched

• Handling and moving large rolls of textile material (with assistance when needed)

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments is beneficial

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

• Willingness to work on rotating shifts
