We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our Little Rock sales team. If you enjoy helping clients and are driven by sales success, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing both new and existing client accounts and supporting their growth with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Analyze local market trends and competitors.

• Base salary $42,000–$50,000 depending on experience
• Commission based on gross revenue (1st year potential $80K–$120K)

The Person

• Experience in sales, ideally within real estate—or eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident negotiator who can influence decisions.
• Analytical thinker who understands client needs and market dynamics.
• Skilled in account management and long-term client care.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
