Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are looking for Customer Care Advisors on behalf of our well-established, Leeds based client on a full-time, permanent basis. Specialising in products within the healthcare sector, our client is experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand their Customer Care team. The Role: You will be responsible for dealing with a variety of queries using different methods of communication including both telephone and email. Queries will often revolve around product knowledge, delivery wait times and adding new customers to the company database. You will also be responsible for issuing orders, ensuring that prescriptions match with order numbers and electronically signing off as soon as possible. A good eye for detail along with the ability to work at pace, all while maintaining high levels of customer service is essential for this role. Responsibilities:

Location: LS2, hybrid-working. Salary: £25,500 Hours: Shift pattern includes weekends. Monday – Friday shift 8.30am – 5pm. Saturday 8am – 1pm. Sunday 10am – 2pm. Day off within the week.
